Water Deionizer Industrial Waste Water Treatment Equipment Machine
How Water Deionizer Industrial Waste Water Treatment Equipment Works
The Reverse Osmosis process uses a semi-permeable membrane to separate and remove dissolved solids, organics, pyrogens, submicron collodial matter, viruses, and bacteria from water. The process is called “Reverse” Osmosis since it requires pressure to force pure water across a membrane, leaving the impurities behind. Reverse Osmosis is capable of removing 95 – 99% of the total dissolved solids (TDS) and 99% of all bacteria, thus providing safe, pure water.
Water Distillation Unit – LABOID – 400M models are designed for reliable continuous operation incorporating a host of features unmatched by comparable stills. It is easy to use, safe to operate, thoroughly reliable and above all Low Cost.
Features of this Plant
Abundant Output. The still provides, 4 Liter/hr of distilled water produced through a power input of 3KW by a chromium-plated heater housed in a horizontal Glass Boiler
The distilled output is cool ensured by a high-efficiency condenser. The temperature of distillate 25o C – 40o C tested for an ambient room temperature of 30o C.
All units carry Marking.

Gentian violet slightly stains the nuclei of the leucocytes. The blood specimen is diluted 1:20 in a WBC pipette with the diluting fluid and the cells are counted under low power of the microscope by using a counting chamber. The number of cells in undiluted blood is reported per cumm (µl) of whole blood.
The 24″ tall, 7 1/4″ diameter tank comes filled with 13 lbs. of our exclusive ion-exchange resins that remove minerals from the water through a process that binds them to the resin. Because the majority of the impurities are dissolved, deionization produces highly purified water, so no more spots! The two valves control the water flow through the filter. This allows you to bypass the filter when it is not needed to prolong the life of the resin. Add our Stainless Steel Quick Disconnect Set for faster, easy use. The life of the resin depends upon the amount of total dissolved solids (TDS) in your water. Want to know your TDS level? Check out our easy-to-use TDS Meter. The replacement resin is safe, disposable, and easy to install.
Glass test tube, also known as culture tube and sample tube, is a common and widely used glassware, which has a finger-like length, open top and closed bottom. It can be made of soda-lime material, borosilicate glass or quartz glass. And borosilicate glass and quartz glass test tube can withstand high temperatures up to several hundred celsuis.
Digital 10 l, 23 l and 56 l incubators are compact and economically priced, yet offer features not typically found in a basic incubator. The housing is all metal, as is the door frame. See-through acrylic door lets you view contents without opening the door. One shelf for 10 l and two shelves for 23 l and 56 l models are included, and can be adjusted in different levels – additional shelves can be purchased to increase storage capacity.
The heating elements in the incubators are incorporated into the bottom and sides of the aluminum chamber. This provides better temperature stability and uniformity than other incubators in it’s class. A grommet hole in the top of the unit can hold a thermometer for accurate temperature setting
